WELCOME INTO THE IBM NETVISTA A20i - 2197BDQ
Netvista A20i BDQ2197 is an excellent "work-horse" equipped with my favourite Intel Pentium III 966MHz
Coppermine processor. The overall combination of the hardware modules is good; the only thing that was missing
was a graphics card as the integrated graphics chip performed sometimes a bit slowly with the shared memory.
Netvista A20i BDQ2197 comes as a sleek, slim desktop model in featured black or white color. The CPU's sleek
and slim design helps users to position and transport the unit easily. Even thought the CPU is smaller in size
than traditional tower-models, it will not get heated up after hours of usage. CPU may be positioned either vertically
or horizontally and it's casing is easy to open thus providing quick access to the system hardware components.
Monitor, IBM E54, is an excellent display unit. It comes with it's own installation software that also includes
the IBM_6331 color profile, which is the ICC Color Profile, a file in a format defined by the International Color
Consortium. It describe the color characteristics of color devices and color spaces. Displayed colors and text
are clear, natural and without any kind of distortion. IBM E54 has an on-screen menu with 17 sub categories to
please individual display preferences.
My Netvista became the ultimate testing unit and it went through the following categories with flying marks.

RECOMMENDATIONS:
You might consider upgrading memory to 128MB to speed
up imaging jobs and up to 256MB for video editing purposes. When creating partitions, use FDISK.EXE from Mircrosoft
Windows ME startup disk.
